Trial & Cancellation Policy
We offer a full 7-day free trial for all new subscriptions. This allows you to test AutoRadioBox in your venue with zero financial commitment.
Automatic Enrollment When you start your trial, you will be asked to provide a payment method. You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period. If you do not cancel your subscription within the 7-day window, your chosen payment method will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.
Cancellation You can cancel your trial at any time during the first 7 days through your account dashboard or by contacting Paddle support. Once canceled, you will not be charged, and your access to the premium engine will expire at the end of the 7th day.
Refunds after the Trial Because we provide a 7-day window to evaluate the software for free, we do not typically offer refunds once the trial has ended and the first subscription payment has been processed.
